The Compact HX-s range of steam boilers are of conventional three pass wet back economic design utilising a single pass of flame in the furnace and two passes of straight tubes.

The boilers are fully designed and manufactured in accordance with BS2790 and are subjected to X-ray and ultrasonic testing, stress relieving and final hydraulic test prior to despatch.

Manufacturing procedures are generally in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001 and independent inspection authorities carry out intermediate checks during manufacture including approval of all N.D.T. testing.  Insurance Certification is available from all the main British and International Insurance Companies.

They are designed and manufactured under a certified EN ISO 9001 system.

Ancillary Equipment

All Compact HX Hot Water Boilers are fully packaged and complete with the following fittings;

>  Either pressure jet or rotary cup burner for use with oil, gas or dual fuel
>  Safety Valve
>  Altitude Gauge
>  Thermometer
>  Thermostats (high/low or modulating)
>  Drain Valve
>  Connections if required for low water alarm

All fittings are mounted on the boilers and are pre-wired and piped accordingly prior to delivery.
